This category is a showcase of the games that best captured the spirit of the rules and were still fun to play! That can be quite a challenge, but here are the games that had it all.

Badonkadonk!
By Ben Davis
Game BackgroundYou've managed to blow up your chemistry laboratory and set yourself on fire. No big deal. You've always wanted to go pay a visit to those traveling salesman you've bothered you over the years. Now you have the opportunity to do that... and burn their houses down while you're at it.
Opting out of character development and customization rules by invoking the Act of Efficiency helped create a more coherent puzzle game that focused squarely on the genre of Traveling Salesman. The game is purposely goofy; it might help you forget you're committing widespread arson.

E'th
By SiegeLord
Game BackgroundYou control a planet that is trying to capture photographs of nearby spaceships. With some fine maneuvering you'll be able to get close enough to take pictures of each one. Along the way, you can upgrade your planet to make it a bit easier—if you don't mind sacrificing some hard earned points.
This is an all around very solid game that feels like it was built with every rule in mind. While the first levels are easy to beat without any thought, it quickly becomes more challenging. Having to sacrifice points for upgrades brings out the miser in all of us.

Shopkeeper
By Elias
Game BackgroundYou are a hoverboard-riding shopkeeper who obviously wants to keep things well stocked and clean. Journey from room to room, performing all of the requisite jobs. But if you aren't efficient, you'll run out of fuel and won't be able to finish.
As a late entry, only a few hours was spent making the game. (What's a a SpeedHack without one of these entries?) Even more impressively, it was good enough to place in the top three. While the Act of Efficiency could have been used to render all rules void (due to the tiny 5KB file), several of the rules were still fairly implemented.
Honorable mention: Battle of the Dolls
