Best Use of Colors
One of the artistic rules was to give colors meaning. The ones here are those that integrated colors the best into the game.

Blocky Rhythm
By Dario ff
Game Background
Our Take
Basically you're a little blue guy who likes to smash colored
boxes. Each block you destroy has the potential of starting a
chain reaction of mass chaos. Or something like that. In addition
to the live action game, there is also a puzzle mode where you
must figure out exactly which boxes to smash in order to clear
the level in the minimum amount of moves.
Colors are essential to the game. By moving like colored blocks together, you can create a larger destruction zone. And you're blue.

Flying Colors

Game Background
Our Take
The goal is to group blocks together by color and then
smash a block of the complementary color into the group.
That will destroy the blocks and give you big points.
The blocks move across the screen and you must control
them before they hit something that penalizes you.
This game takes things a step farther and implements a bit of color theory. You can only get points by mixing complementary colors together, so make sure you brush up on your color wheel. If you're a programmer used to additive colors via RGB, you may find yourself a little lost, as the game uses subtractive colors.

Super Coloured Hexagon: Neon City Edition
By curupaco
Game Background
Our Take
Guide a colored hexagon across a platform away from
the dark mass that is out to get you. The hexagon has
six differently colored sides. Each platform you land
on must be the same color as the hexagon's base, so
you must rotate correctly while jumping from one to the
next.
It has coloured as part of the title, so it would be a shame if it didn't place in this category! And the whole game "revolves" around colors anyway, so it's well deserved.
